PRIVACY INFORMATION

The club uses guardian contact information, player names, age divisions and coach notes to respond to tryout inquiries and manage registration. Please do not submit medical information through these forms.

Verified parents can see their own family’s records. Authorized club staff can manage player records. Waiver acceptance records contain the displayed waiver version, signer name and acceptance time.

Stripe handles card payment details. The website does not store card numbers. Account and club records are stored through Supabase.
